Rotating disk extraction column

The rotating disk extraction column is composed of five parts: oil-water separator (upper and lower), column body, rotating disk system, feeding and discharging system, and electronic control system.

The inner diameter and height of the column are designed according to the customer’s process materials. Several static rings are set on the inner wall of the column at a certain interval. The rotating disks (dynamic ring, turntable) are fixed on the central axis. The static ring divides the column into several mixing zones. In each mixing zone, the liquid is mixed by the dynamic ring to achieve two-phase mixing. At the same time, each mixing zone is a theoretical plate number, and the two-phase liquid achieves multiple and countercurrent contact mixing in the countercurrent process.

The oil phase (light phase) enters from the bottom of the column and overflows from the top; the water phase (heavy phase) is added from the top of the column and flows out from the bottom, and the two flow in reverse directions in the column.
